Why I Created Corporate Reset™

For more than two decades, I worked as an educator, learning firsthand that knowing something and being able to live it are two very different things.

We can understand how we should communicate, lead, respond under pressure, or manage our attention—and still fall back into familiar patterns when the moment becomes difficult.

Information can create understanding. Experience is what begins to change how we respond

Where Experience Changed My Approach

You Cannot Teach Presence. It Has to Be Experienced.

I don’t simply teach people how to be more present, calm, or self-aware. I guide individuals, teams, and leaders into an experience of what those states actually feel like. When the nervous system settles and the noise quiets, we gain access to a different quality of awareness—one that is clearer, wiser, more discerning, and more connected to ourselves and the people around us.

That experience becomes a reference point for change. Once someone has felt the difference between reacting from pressure and responding from clarity, they have something information alone cannot provide: an embodied understanding of another way of being. From there, patterns become visible. Choices become possible. Communication changes. Leadership changes. Relationships change.

Lasting transformation is not created by knowing more. It begins when we experience ourselves differently.

Where Education and Awareness Come Together

My work today brings together two disciplines that shaped how I understand change: more than two decades in education and years of immersive meditation and awareness-based practice. Corporate Reset™ grew from that intersection. It is designed to help people move beyond intellectual understanding, become more aware of how they are responding in real time, and practice new capacities within the workday itself.

Presence is the catalyst. The workday is the practice ground. Human change is the outcome.
